1. Using KingsDeal
These Terms govern use of the KingsDeal Android app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to provide accurate information, follow applicable law, protect your credentials, and use property, application, and messaging tools only for legitimate real-estate purposes.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.
- Do not impersonate others, submit deceptive listings, upload unlawful material, scrape the service, bypass access controls, distribute malware, harass users, or use KingsDeal for discrimination or fraud.
- Managers must have authority to advertise their listings and must keep price, availability, photos, and property details accurate.
- KingsDeal may restrict or remove content or accounts that create risk, violate these Terms, or are required to be removed by law.
3. Listings and communications
KingsDeal provides discovery and workflow tools. Unless KingsDeal expressly states otherwise, property information is supplied by managers or third parties and should be independently verified before a user signs a lease, pays funds, or makes another commitment. Messages and application status indicators support coordination but do not themselves create a lease or guarantee approval.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant KingsDeal a limited license to host, process, resize, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate another person's rights.
5. Service availability and liability
KingsDeal is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service accurate and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular property outcome, or the conduct of another user. To the extent permitted by law, KingsDeal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
6. Account deletion and changes
Users can request account deletion from Settings or the external account-deletion page. A 15-day recovery period applies before permanent removal from primary systems. KingsDeal may update these Terms as the service changes; continued use after an effective update means the revised Terms apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
