Delete from the Android app
- Sign in to KingsDeal.
- Open Profile, choose Settings, then choose Delete account.
- Confirm the request. KingsDeal emails the scheduled deletion date to the account address.
Delete from the website
- Sign in at kingsdeal.com/signin.
- Open tenant or manager Settings and choose Delete account.
- If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the account email with the subject “KingsDeal account deletion”. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
Unless the request is cancelled during the 15-day recovery period, KingsDeal permanently removes the account profile, authentication record, saved properties, applications and their uploaded documents, user-created listings, business verification records, and conversations associated with the account from primary systems.
Recovery window and limited retention
You can cancel from Settings before the displayed deletion date. After the date passes, the deletion cannot be undone. KingsDeal may retain limited records only where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, or other legal obligations; encrypted backups expire through the normal backup rotation. Retained data is not used for normal product activity.
