1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to KingsDeal on Android and the KingsDeal website. KingsDeal is the developer and service provider responsible for the data practices described here. The service helps tenants discover properties, save homes, apply, and message property managers; it also lets managers publish and operate listings.

2. Data we collect

• Account and contact data: name, email address, role, phone number when provided, authentication identifiers, and password credentials stored as one-way hashes for email accounts.
• Profile and business data: profile image, company name, logo, and verification documents when a manager or business account submits them.
• Property and transaction workflow data: saved properties, listings, applications, application documents, lease workflow records, and property preferences.
• Communications: messages exchanged with managers or tenants and support requests sent to KingsDeal.
• Photos and videos: Android may request media access for user-initiated profile, listing, verification, or application uploads. KingsDeal processes only media the user chooses for a supported upload flow.
• Security and technical data: sign-in events, authentication tokens, failed login attempts, and basic server logs used to secure and operate the service.

3. How we use data

• Provide authentication, account recovery, search, saved homes, applications, messaging, tours, and manager listing tools.
• Show relevant account and property information to the tenant or manager participating in the same workflow.
• Verify business accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, and protect KingsDeal users and infrastructure.
• Send transactional messages such as verification, password reset, application, and account-deletion notices.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce the KingsDeal Terms of Service.

4. Data sharing

KingsDeal does not sell personal data. Data is shared only as needed to run the service: with the tenant or manager involved in a listing, application, or conversation; with infrastructure providers that host, store, authenticate, or deliver KingsDeal services; or when required by law, safety, fraud-prevention, or a valid legal request. Google account information is used only to authenticate the user when Google sign-in is chosen.

5. Security

KingsDeal uses encrypted network connections, access-controlled production systems, role-based authorization, one-way password hashing, expiring authentication tokens, and restricted storage for uploaded files. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and report suspected misuse promptly.

6. Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while the account is active. A signed-in user can request account deletion from Settings in the Android app or website, and anyone can begin the external process at /account-deletion. KingsDeal provides a 15-day recovery window; unless cancelled, the account and associated profile, authentication, saved-home, application, listing, verification, and conversation records are permanently removed from primary systems after that window.

Limited records may be retained only when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, or other legal obligations. Encrypted backups expire on their normal rotation schedule. Data that must be retained is isolated from normal product use and deleted when the retention reason ends.

7. User choices and rights

• Review and update profile information from account settings.
• Grant or deny Android photo and video permission, and change it later in device settings.
• Unsave properties, delete or hide conversations where available, and manage applications through the relevant workspace.
• Request access, correction, objection, portability, or deletion by contacting [email protected]. Identity verification may be required to protect the account.

8. Children and policy updates

KingsDeal is a general real-estate service and is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
